Same SKU.
Different Price.
Drop your Shopify catalog and the supplier's price list. This tool matches every row by SKU and shows what changed, what conflicts, and what to leave alone. In your browser, free, no signup.
One file per SKU column. Nothing leaves your browser.

Supplier price list
The file the supplier sent, with a SKU and new price or cost
| SKU | What | Your value | Supplier | Proposed | Note |
|---|
A supplier price reconciler compares a supplier's price or cost list against your own catalog, matches every row by SKU, and shows exactly where the two disagree, with the old value, the new value, and a proposed change. It flags duplicate SKUs with conflicting prices, holds blank supplier values instead of zeroing yours, and catches leading-zero SKU mismatches, so you update your store from a checked list instead of a risky bulk overwrite.
Why a plain VLOOKUP is not enough. A lookup formula pairs two columns and shows a new number. It does not tell you that the supplier listed one SKU twice at two prices, that a blank cell would zero out a real price, or that your 003 is their 3. Those are the cases that turn a routine price update into a store full of wrong or missing prices, and they are exactly what this tool surfaces.
How it works
Export your catalog
From Shopify: Products, then Export. Or any file with a SKU column and a price or cost column.
Drop both files
Your catalog on the left, the supplier list on the right. Read in your browser, never uploaded.
Review and export
Conflicts first, then changes, then held and one-sided rows. Download the proposed-change CSV.
What it catches that a formula misses
| Case | A lookup formula | This reconciler |
|---|---|---|
| Price changed | Shows new value | Old, new, delta, and percent |
| Same SKU listed twice at two prices | Silently picks one | Flags a conflict, shows both |
| Blank supplier price | Can write a zero | Holds, keeps your price |
| 003 in one file, 3 in the other | Reports no match | Flags a likely leading-zero pair |
| SKU in only one file | Blank or error | Listed as only-catalog or only-supplier |
| Cost as well as price | One column at a time | Both in one pass |
Questions
Is it really free, and is my file uploaded?
Completely free, no account, no limit. Both files are read and compared entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored, so it is safe to use with supplier pricing you would not email to a stranger. After the page loads it works offline.
How does it match SKUs that are not identical?
It matches after trimming spaces and ignoring case. Leading zeros are kept as significant, but when a SKU like 003 looks like 3 in the other file, it flags the pair as a likely leading-zero mismatch and asks you to confirm rather than guessing.
What if the supplier lists a SKU twice at two prices?
It does not guess. The row is marked as a conflict with both values shown, left for you to resolve. Silently choosing one is the kind of error a reconciliation exists to catch.
Does it change my Shopify store?
No. It only reads the two files and produces a proposed-change table. You apply the changes yourself, or import updated costs into an app like EZstock. It never connects to your store.
Can it reconcile cost, not just selling price?
Yes. If both files have a cost column it reconciles cost; if both have a price column it reconciles price; if a file has both, it does both at once.
Updating supplier costs, not just checking them?
This tool checks the file. EZstock imports supplier costs into your Shopify inventory, builds purchase orders per supplier, and keeps cost prices attached to each product. The reconciler is the safe first step before an import.
