These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products published by Extensions Market — Chrome extensions (MapLeads, AirPrice, STRInvest, JobPilot, CarWise, HomePilot), Shopify apps (EZstock, EZDrop, Sleepmaxing), and the extensionsmarket.com website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Extensions Market ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using any of the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. Each extension manages its own account and subscription independently.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
MapLeads — use exported business data only for legitimate outreach and prospecting. Do not use it to build or sell databases of personal information.
AirPrice — pricing data is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial or investment advice.
STRInvest — investment analysis is informational only and does not constitute financial, real estate, or investment advice. Always perform independent due diligence.
JobPilot — cover letters generated by the extension are AI-assisted drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate information in your job applications.
CarWise — vehicle data and market valuations are informational only. Always verify with official sources before making purchasing decisions.
Sleepmaxing — the sleep quiz and bundle discount are for use on your own Shopify store only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Sleepmaxing complies with Shopify's Partner Program Policies and any applicable laws.
EZDrop — you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from shoppers before collecting their email addresses via EZDrop waitlist pages. You must not use EZDrop to send spam, misleading promotions, or communications that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable laws. You may not use EZDrop to simulate demand for products you do not intend to sell.
EZstock — EZstock is for use on Shopify stores you own or are authorised to manage. Purchase orders and supplier data you create in EZstock are your sole responsibility. You must not use EZstock to access or manipulate inventory on stores you are not authorised to manage.
Chrome extension subscriptions (MapLeads, AirPrice, STRInvest, JobPilot, CarWise, HomePilot) are offered on a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro plan billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from within the extension. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
EZstock, EZDrop, and Sleepmaxing subscriptions are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. By approving a billing plan you authorise Shopify to charge the applicable recurring fee until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
EZstock plans: Starter ($19/mo), Growth ($49/mo), Pro ($99/mo) — all include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required upfront.
Plan limits (e.g., number of suppliers for EZstock, active drops or waitlist entries for EZDrop) are enforced in the app. If you downgrade, existing data is preserved but you may not create new resources that exceed the lower plan's limits.
Chrome extensions — we offer a 7-day refund for new Pro subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewal charges.
EZstock — all plans include a 14-day free trial before any charge. If you are charged and are unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for renewal charges.
EZDrop and Sleepmaxing — paid plans include a 7-day free trial before any charge. Refund requests for charges after the trial period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a charge.
Free plan users are subject to usage limits specific to each product (e.g., exports for MapLeads, analyses for AirPrice and STRInvest, 1 active drop and 500 entries for EZDrop). Limits for Chrome extensions reset on the first day of each calendar month. EZstock does not have a permanent free plan; it offers a 14-day free trial after which a paid plan is required to continue using the app. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.
The Services, including all software, design, and content, are owned by Extensions Market and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
Our extensions interact with third-party websites and services to read publicly visible data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Airbnb, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or any other third-party platform. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data extracted or generated will be accurate or complete. Pricing, valuation, and analysis data produced by our extensions is informational only and does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extensions Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extensions Market from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
