In the EZStock sidebar, click "Suppliers" then click "+ Add Supplier".

Fill in the supplier name, email, phone, lead time, and currency. Lead time is how many days it takes for orders to arrive — EZStock uses this to time your reorder alerts perfectly.

Click "Products" in the EZStock sidebar. You'll see a search box to find your Shopify products. Search for a product and click it to link it to a supplier.

Products are grouped by supplier in expandable cards. Use the filter bar to search by name/SKU, filter to a single supplier, or show only low/out-of-stock items. Each product row shows ABC grade, stock level, days left, and a direct Order Now button.

The dashboard opens with 4 action panels: Low Stock (with donut chart showing inventory health), Lost Revenue, Best Sellers bar chart, and Draft POs. Below is the full inventory table with ABC grades and days-left forecasting.

Click "Purchase Orders" in the EZStock sidebar, then click "New Purchase Order". Select your supplier from the dropdown — their linked products load automatically.

Enter the quantity you want to order in the "Order Qty" field. Add an expected delivery date and any notes for your supplier, then click "Create Purchase Order".

On the PO view page, click "Mark as Sent & Email Supplier". EZStock sends the PO directly to your supplier's email and marks the order as Sent.

When your stock arrives, the PO shows a Receive Qty column. Enter how many units you actually received per line item, then click "Confirm Receipt → Update Shopify Inventory".

All your POs are tracked in the Purchase Orders list. Green = Sent, teal = Received, red = Cancelled. You can view any PO, download the PDF, or receive a partial delivery and receive the rest later.

Open the Dashboard. The "Gr." column next to each product shows its ABC grade. A = top 80% of revenue, B = next 15%, C = bottom 5%. Grades recalculate daily from your Shopify sales.

The Lost Revenue panel groups out-of-stock SKUs by supplier. Lost Revenue = the revenue you already missed in the past 30 days. Possible Revenue = what you could earn in the next 60 days if you restock now — perfect for prioritising which PO to create first.

Click "Stocktakes" in the EZstock sidebar, then click "New Stocktake". EZstock takes a snapshot of current Shopify inventory levels for all your tracked products as the baseline to count against.

The progress bar shows how many lines you've counted. Each row turns green when counted (matching), or red for a discrepancy. On Growth and Pro you can scan a barcode to jump straight to that product's count field — matched by barcode with a SKU fallback. Or click "Match ✓" to accept the expected qty for a line, "Fill all blanks as expected" to bulk-fill uncounted rows, and press Enter or Tab to jump between inputs.

Click "Stock On Hand" in the EZstock sidebar. The report loads instantly — no date range to set. It reflects current Shopify inventory levels and your cost prices from supplier product settings.

Click any column header to sort. Toggle between Margin % and Markup %. Low-stock rows show in amber, out-of-stock in red. Click "Order" on any low/out row to jump straight to a new PO. Use "Export CSV" to share with your accountant — the margin column is included.
