These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EZBundle Shopify app ("the Service"), provided by Extensions Market ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using EZBundle, you ("the merchant", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use EZBundle.
Plain-language summary: Use EZBundle to build product bundles on your Shopify store. Pay the plan you choose. Don't abuse the service. We keep it running; we're not liable for indirect losses. Either party can end the relationship at any time.
EZBundle is a Shopify app that allows merchants to create and manage product bundles — fixed bundles (specific products sold together at a discount) and mix-and-match bundles (customers select from a collection) — displayed on their storefront via a Shopify App Block and widget script. EZBundle automatically creates and manages Shopify discount codes on your behalf when bundles are activated.
You must have an active Shopify store and agree to Shopify's Terms of Service to use EZBundle. EZBundle is intended for business use only. By installing EZBundle, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

When you activate a bundle in EZBundle, the app creates a Shopify discount code on your store on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
EZBundle and all related code, design, and documentation are the property of Extensions Market and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use EZBundle on your Shopify store while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of all bundle configurations and product data you create within EZBundle.
We aim to keep EZBundle available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Shopify platform outages, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
The storefront widget (widget.js) is served from our Railway infrastructure. If the widget script is temporarily unavailable, your bundle widget may not display on your storefront, but your store and checkout will continue to function normally.
EZBundle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that EZBundle will be error-free, that discounts will apply in every checkout scenario, or that the Service will be compatible with every Shopify theme or checkout customisation. Your use of EZBundle is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extensions Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EZBundle, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or missed discounts at checkout. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extensions Market from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of EZBundle, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Shopify's terms.
We may update EZBundle's features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 7 days' notice via the EZBundle admin or email. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of EZBundle after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
